I don’t know about you, but I love looking through people’s personal libraries. The books they choose, the ones that still have dust on them, and the ones that have been well-loved are like a window into someone’s life. Reading has always been a key way that I cope with stress and engage in self-care. Here is a list of beloved books that I want to share with you to read on your own or to use in our sessions.
